WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In this role the National Account Manager will coordinate strategic enterprise activity in national and regional GPOs, IDNs, Academic Teaching Institutes and Imaging Center Groups, by collaborating with the local sales region, marketing, legal, customer service and contracts, to drive revenue growth and support national strategic growth objectives. The role will actively develop relationships with senior level operational managers and support the planning, development, and adoption of key products throughwritten agreements that support enterprise objectives and meet annual sales quotas.

YOUR ROLE
-
Is responsible for serving GPOs, IDNs and large accounts as assigned by selling Guerbet LLC UNIK products and services in the assigned territory

Helps in the design of national sales and marketing programs for increasing profit

Gathers and reports to management information regarding the company, competitors, pricing, products and current and future market trends

Assists management and vendors in planning, tracking and implementing sales strategies and developing new markets

Reaches out to new customers to set up meetings / presentations pro-actively

Develops a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty area of practice

Pursues opportunities unique to each assigned account in terms of marketing, merchandising and operations

Develops and maintains strong executive relationships with assigned distributors
-
Works closely with assigned distributors to ensure a strong understanding of their specific requirements
-
Coordinates account and market reviews of key metrics and best practices for assigned distribution

Builds and maintains accurate information on current and prospective customers

Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle

Initiates communications/relationships with others; i.e. internal peers, internal departments, peers from other organizations, regional buying groups,

Assess activity and checks monthly performance via CRM, seeks information from others who have relevant expertise
-
Prospects to identify potential customers, analyzes the information available, conducts precall planning by creating target list, sets up geographical zones and formulating agendas with goals for calls (pre-call objectives)

Conducts post call follow-up completing required reports and recording activity and other key information in CRM

Follows budget guidelines, provides samples according to guidelines

Takes personal responsibility for results on own assignments

Adapts own tactics in response to changing market and changing company strategies

Implements plan as directed to gain leverage

Develops and maintains strong relationships with GPO account executives and managers of IHNs and key accounts

Adheres to Guerbet Travel Policy and is mindful of costs related to territory travel

Propose pricing recommendations for key customers and create financial impact models supporting the recommended action
-
Works closely with the regional sales teams to coordinate efforts managing existing customers and convert new accounts

YOUR BACKGROUND
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
-
Registered Technologists with MR Registry a plus [RT (R) (MR)]
-
Minimum of 5-7 years Diagnostic Imaging Sales experience in Contrast Media or Medical Devices
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience calling on Integrated Healthcare
-
Networks and or Group Purchasing Organizations
-
Strong knowledge of MR, Capital sales, and Interventional Radiology a plus
-
Strong track record of sales successes in a hospital environment with complex sales environment experience
